Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. All eligible returns and exchanges come with a free downloadable pre-paid return label.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Email hello@wearmesa.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and photos if the item is defective.
We’ll email you a free pre-paid return label and instructions.
Pack your item in the original packaging and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail or approved courier.
Are exchanges accepted?
Yes — exchanges are accepted within the 30-day return period for any eligible item.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method in British Pounds Sterling (£).
